How Data is Handled

1. No Cloud Underwriting Database

This website and our company servers do not process, parse, or store your borrower underwriting data. When you drag and drop a bank statement into the SanctionDesk application, the parsing algorithm runs on your computer's CPU. The results are saved to a local SQLite database on your hard drive.

2. When Internet is Used

SanctionDesk only requires an internet connection for specific, opt-in utilities:

• License Verification: Checking your subscription validity upon launch.
• Software Updates: Downloading new parsers or application versions.
• Portal Fetch: If you explicitly ask the software to connect to the ITR/GST portal to download JSON data (this connection is direct between your PC and the portal).
• Client Fetcher Transfers: If you use the Client Fetcher tool, encrypted packages are transferred directly via WebRTC peer-to-peer when possible.

3. Payment Proof Form

The payment proof form on our Pricing page is strictly for uploading payment receipts. Do not use this form to upload borrower documents, client files, or any underwriting files. We routinely delete all non-receipt uploads from this system.
