Eligibility, trial and subscription

SanctionDesk is available in India to persons aged 18 or over. The founding offer is ₹500 plus applicable GST per month or ₹5,000 plus applicable GST per year for the first 100 paid users, locked for their first 12 months from signup. After that 12-month period, the standard price is ₹999 plus applicable GST per month or ₹9,990 plus applicable GST per year. Subscriptions do not renew automatically at present.

You may cancel by writing to us. Access remains active until the paid term ends and no pro-rata refund is provided for unused time. After expiry, the desktop product remains read-only for existing local data; new client records and licensed services require renewal. A licence is for one named user with one active device at a time. Contact us if it needs to be moved to a replacement device; the prior device will be deactivated.

Bureau reports and other paid third-party services, if enabled, are billed separately and are available only where the relevant provider permits access. Bureau integrations are being evaluated, subject to partner approval.

Not a lender

SanctionDesk is software for organising evidence, deterministic analysis, and professional credit review. SanctionDesk and Saraogi & Saraogi are not a bank, NBFC, credit bureau, or lender and do not make loan offers through this website.

No automatic lending decision

Product calculations, flags, summaries, and generated outputs support professional review. The user and the relevant lender remain responsible for source verification, policy interpretation, lending decisions, and regulatory obligations.

Borrower authority and CreditLink

You must obtain every authority, consent and approval needed before collecting, viewing, analysing, sharing or submitting borrower information. You must not use the services for unlawful collection, impersonation, fraud, or uploading information without the borrower's authority. CreditLink requires fresh, link-specific borrower consent before an upload session.

Encrypted transfer packages and associated package metadata are held on the relay for up to 90 days and then deleted. This does not delete the recipient's local imported copy.

Product and pricing information

Website content, features, supported formats, platform availability, pricing, taxes, and release access can change. Final commercial and product terms are confirmed directly before purchase or activation.

Liability, law and contact

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim. Indian law governs these Terms and the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Acceptable contact use

Demo and support links are for ordinary business contact only. Do not send borrower documents, portal credentials, payment credentials, or sensitive case data through public website contact channels.

Lender email drafts

Where a DSA chooses to connect Gmail, SanctionDesk prepares separate lender-email drafts from the DSA's reviewed case material. SanctionDesk does not send those emails. The DSA is responsible for checking each recipient, message, and attachment, and for choosing whether to send it from Gmail.
